Comfortable room, excellent location. Nice breakfast. Immaculate. I would highly recommend it if you are planning to visit the old city. Not great if you have small kids in tow - no run around space.
There was some construction in the lower lobby and it was chaotic and hard to find the front desk. But once you stumbled around the dust and shambles of the first floor and figured out you had to go upstairs -- and located the hidden elevator -- it was fine.
excellent location near restaurants and shops & not far from the Old City, helpful staff, nice breakfast, pleasant atmosphere
very small rooms, can get noisy on the street below especially on Thursday and Saturday nights
Excellent location, close to shopping and restaurants and walking distance to many tourist attractions, including the Old City of Jerusalem. The decor was modern and the hotel had a friendly, boutique atmosphere.
The quality of the paper products such as toilet paper and kleenex was very poor. And the towels were thin. This lowered the overall feeling of quality. Rooms were also extremely compact--especially the bathroom--but were nicely decorated and sufficient. The closet bar was so high it was hard to reach unless you were over 5' 6" tall. They should lower it.
Great location, nice ambience and very good breakfast.
Location was fabulous, and the 'happy hour' arrangements were a great addition. Would recommend this hotel
Like many hotels in Israel, facilities and arrangements on the Shabat are more diappointing than the other days. Feels unfair that guests pay the same on Friday/Saturday nights for less facilities. Hotel should consider having some bar arrangements for customers.
Excellent position just outside of the old city, amongst many bars & restaurants. Very relaxing, despite it being a business trip. Free wi-fi is huge bonus.
Whilst the free drinks & nibbles in the afternoon was a great touch (although the wine wasn't that great!) there could have been more choice laid out or someone serving drinks (that could be paid for). If you wanted a beer, you had to ask reception for one.
great atmosphere, amazing/friendly/helpful staff, convenient location, excellent price, beautiful clean rooms
Well appointed rooms in a perfect spot to explore Jerusalem. A definite return trip will be planned.
The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable - especially the beds! The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety. The location couldn't be better.
it is very centrally located in Jerusalem making it easy to access many attractions nearby. the staff are friendly and helpful.
the noise from the street....our window in our room didn't close properly and as a result there was excessive noise until very late at night.
We loved our tiny room. The decor is such fun and the reception in the afternoon is terrific. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast fabulous.
The air conditioning did not work well and the maid did not do a good job of cleaning the bathroom.
