Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. Some guests also liked the room sizes and layouts, especially suites with separate rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of pests, mold, and unclean bathrooms. Many guests were disappointed by the lack of breakfast despite it being advertised, and some found the facilities outdated or in need of repair. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, cleanliness and amenities were common concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
