Pros (+) Staffs were friendly. We were upgraded to kitchen suites, the rooms were clean and decent. We saved a lot from cooking for ourselves instead of dining outside. Housekeeping was done professionally also. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. Absolutely recommending.

Cons (-) This was the only accommodation available as Jasper is completely booked during the summer. The staff need to be friendly and approachable. The check-in greeting was as if she didn’t want to work at all. We walked into the room, just outside the bathroom door on the carpet was someone’s bodily fluid. Pros (+) Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchenette, pool & hot tub, nearby outdoor attractions even in the off season. Amazing value for money, very family friendly.
Cons (-) High chair, but we didn't ask. Maybe they had one to borrow! Brought our own play pen for baby.

Pros (+) Sawridge was an amazing property. Highly recommend on several levels - room comfort, amenities, pool.sauna, etc.
Cons (-) Conversely, the Marmot is a very dated property located next door. We knew what to expect but booked anyway. Fortunately, they were overbooked and moved us next door.
