Pros (+) Beds & pillows were perfect! Large room that accommodated 4 people comfortably.
Cons (-) Dinner wasn’t worth what we were charged. The service was food, but the food wasn’t that great. For those prices I expected much better. I’d leave the resort before dining there again.

Cons (-) It would have been great if the A/C was working. Had to leave the balcony door open all night to get some cool air in! Something else that would have been great is if our check-in would have been on-time. We stopped by at 2:00 pm to let them know we were in town. They said our room would be ready at check-in time at 4:00 pm. We got there at 4:15 pm and our room wasn't ready. We had to wait till al...

Pros (+) Great views and comfy beds
Cons (-) Terrible showers. $37/day “resort fee” which was basically for the pool, in room coffee, etc that you get at most low budget hotels. Rip off in the summer to charge that fee. Would not have booked here if I would’ve noticed that charge.
Pros (+) View from the room was nice (non-Teton side) and the proximity to downtown Jackson within 20 minute walk. Resort had neat amenities during the non-ski season that we did not use.
Cons (-) $35 per day for access to pools/hot tub/fitness facility/parking/airport shuttle/etc. was excessive. Rooms are not aging well. Very thin walls which enabled us to hear our neighbors extremely clearly at 6am each morning as they readied themselves for the day. No central air units. Hotel style window units were noisy and inefficient. Overall disappointing experience.

Only complaint is restauarant on site was great when they were good, but could be mediocre at times. Ordered a drink at lunch and it was amazing. Ordered the same one at night and it was pretty sad.
