Pros (+) The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we discovered the gas fireplace wasn't working when we checked in. They moved our room immediately and we're very helpful with getting situated.
Cons (-) The room we were moved to wasn't quite as nice as the original room but we are realistic we understand things happen.
