Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Some staff members are described as friendly and attentive, especially in the restaurant and cleaning services. However, many reviews highlight issues with service, such as slow check-in, rude or unhelpful staff, and poor communication. Cleanliness is also a concern, with reports of bugs, musty rooms, and maintenance problems. Food quality is mixed, with some guests enjoying it while others find it mediocre. Overall, while the location is praised, service and cleanliness need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
