Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access public transport and attractions. The staff received many compliments for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. While breakfast and cleanliness were mentioned with mixed feelings—some found them satisfactory, others noted areas for improvement. Room size was a common concern, with several guests finding rooms and bathrooms too small or cramped.
