Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent location, which is close to major attractions and public transport, and appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, stained towels, and unclean bathrooms. Some guests also found the beds uncomfortable and noted problems with the bathroom facilities. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and positive service experiences stand out as the hotel's main strengths.
