110 years old Boutic hotel with very fancy and classic facilities. Secret garden along with very romantic live music was priceless. It was near to Iskele which I found it very cozy to reach the boat on time.
Exceptional neighbourhood and location. Breakfast was super awesome and the garden secret restaurant is fabulous. Free upgrade to premium room by manager was a real treat.
Air conditioning was not working as we hoped for.
The hotel was central to everything. The staff and hotel owners are trying really hard to offer above accommodation and I believe they succeeded. The room was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, the beds were comfortable and the food was good. The live entertainment in the evening was a great bonus.
The service at dinner was poor. We waited over an hour between our starters and the main course. After getting up and pointing this out to the manager the service improved dramatically.
Nice look restaurant and hall, big and rich breakfast
At the first glance everything is ok, but if you spend there more time you can see a lot low quality details, for example untidy area of room. In restaurant the staff add extra payments, 50 for services, without any information before. I don’t recommend this place, for this money you can demanding more!
Brilliant overall exlerience.Staff very helpful and polite.Breakfast that was included was by far the best thing you can have to start your day, very flavoursome and the garden has been a nice quite little place to enjoy your meals especially early morning. The deluxe room was all someone needs to relax and there's lots of space too.Great comfort and value for your money.
Not that I was bothered too much, but every night there would be a little feast with live music in the hotel's garden that would last till midnight and if someone goes early to bed might find it bit loud.
