Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, especially for airport access. Many found the rooms comfortable and the staff friendly in several instances. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, including unresponsive staff, billing issues, and problems with shuttle and phone communication. Cleanliness was generally a highlight, though some experienced dirty rooms. Breakfast quality and availability received negative feedback, with confusion over what was included. Overall, while the hotel is valued for its location and cleanliness, service and breakfast could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Stuff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping centers. I would definitely consider staying here again.
Pros (+) A comfortable bed and friendly reception staffs are very impressive. This hotel is good for layover.
Cons (-) Although the airport transfer is complimentary, I had to wait 50 minutes at the airport. Furthermore, drivers are not friendly at all.
Pros (+) Our room was on the first floor and we loved it's location. Thanks

Pros (+) This property delivered a good value for a quality hotel during a major event - state fair plus major football game. The location was convenient.
