Pros:My first encounter was the best impression ever. I believe her name is Mika. She was outstanding and with a warm smile to boot. Very attentive to detail and she was prompt. Excellent job.
Pros:The room was great. The bed was super comfortable. Food at the restaurant was delicious and the servers were fun and friendly.
Cons:Not too happy that we had to pay for overnight parking- I feel there should have been some sort of compensation for this as a guest. Perhaps free breakfast?
Pros:Doubles Tree by Hilton Hotel Irvine meet all of our needs. The staff is very courteous!!!
Cons:$19 charge per day for guest parking.
Pros:Could not enjoy anything because of the parking fee.
Cons:Mandatory $18 parking fee for all paying guests. What a trap. There is no excuse for a scam like that.
Pros:The lobby was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.
Cons:My only negative comment would be that the carpert needed to be cleaned in the room. Everything else in the hotel was so clean that the dirty carpet in the room stood out. But this was very minor and should not deter anyone from staying here.
Pros:Very friendly check in. Location for shopping and business meeting was good. Parking fees were comped after reporting an issue with our room not being cleaned during one of the days of our stay.
Cons:Room had an odor. Room was not cleaned during one of the days as we were missed according to their schedule as a result of having our privacy sign on the door until about 10:00 am. When reported to the front desk, the room was cleaned and we were comped for our parking fees. Parking is $10.00 which we were fully aware of but we question why the extra charge. Our room was located right next to the elevator which we could hear continually. We did not ask for a room change but the next time we book a room that will be one of my requests to not be near an elevator.
