Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly express dissatisfaction with the hotel, citing persistent problems such as non-functional elevators, poor cleanliness, and a very unsettling or creepy atmosphere throughout the property. Many reviewers mention broken or absent elevators, dirty rooms and common areas, unpleasant odors, and an overall rundown, poorly maintained environment. The hotel's ambiance is frequently described as eerie or even frightening, with flickering lights and deserted spaces, leading several guests to leave early or recommend avoiding the property altogether. Only one review mentions a positive experience regarding location and staff, but this is an outlier among predominantly negative feedback.
