Pros: service was excellent when I reserved the car.
Cons: There was nobody in return point. All parking spots were closed with chains. We were at airport and even though we had reversed plenty of time, we were running out of it. I have never experienced anything like this. I called service number, I was told to return the keys to dropbox. There was no dropbox. I called again and I was told to call another number. Nobody answered. I called again and again. I was starting freak out. Someone came for another reason and we got car returned. I cannot recommend this type of service to anyone, too much stress.
