Guests frequently praised the hotel's friendly and attentive service, as well as the convenient location close to the highway and city center. The restaurant and evening meals received positive feedback for quality and taste. However, cleanliness was a concern for several guests, with mentions of outdated rooms and bathrooms needing renovation. Breakfast opinions were mixed, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety or quality. Overall, the hotel is valued for its service, location, and dining, but could improve in cleanliness and room maintenance.
