Pros:Very good location as it's right by a Walmart, gas stations & fast food restaurants. Room was pretty clean, had a fridge & the tv remote worked. shower was clean & nothing broke like other hotels I've stayed in. A/C worked very well.
Cons:Breakfast is very minimal, I would rank it below a continental breakfast & no microwave in the room.
Pros:The bedding and carpeting looked like it had been updated recently.
Cons:However, the updates were poorly executed. The room was sloppily painted with lots of visible patch holes, the tile was poorly installed in the bathroom, and there were holes in the ceiling around the vent. The bed mattress was too soft and the bed frame was loose making it difficult for two people to sleep together. For breakfast, they would only put out a few items at a time so you had to constantly try to find someone to ask for more of this or that. I also did not feel safe and would not stay there by myself or with children.
Pros:This is a sharp motel. Recent updates. We generally stay at budget hotels and this place was among the best we've seen. Also, wide variety of restaurants are within a few blocks.
Cons:The only criticisms I had (granted, they are nit-picky): 1) the tv is a modern flat screen but mediocre quality 2) very small breakfast area
Pros:Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was very nice. That's all that I could ask for considering how cheap the place was

Cons:I paid in full on here, and they went and charged me 78 bucks and didn't even tell me! I've been trying to call all day and the phones go to a voicemail that is full so you can't even leave a message! When we left, we didn't have anything to drink so we were going to get some water out of th sink, the water was ORANGE!! We have no idea why but that is just nasty. We went downstairs to get our "free" breakfast and there wasn't anything there! So I got charged 78 dollars including what i paid for the hotel and received, orange water, no breakfast, and terrible service. I will not be staying here again
Pros:Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Overall hotel was clean. Staff was amazing....very helpful. Some negative comments have been made about the exterior of the building. It is still being repaired due to winter ice storms. Don't let that deter you from staying here....it is being fixed. And besides, you don't stay outside the building...it's what's on the inside that counts!
Cons:Microwave and fridge would be nice but was definitely not a deal-breaker.
