Pros (+) Room and Bathroom - Clean Bed - VERY Comfortable Shower - Water pressure was GREAT! LOVED the shower head and sprayer TV - Nice and big. Liked that I could sign into my Netflix account.
Cons (-) There weren't liners in the garbage cans. The bathroom door was hard to slide open The restaurant at the hotel was disappointing. The door key wasn't easy to use

Cons (-) First room given had not been cleaned, had leftover food and personal items from the people before. 2nd room - I woke up to a shower that would not turn on. So no shower before my flight. Tried to get hot chocolate from the Starbucks machine. Got a cup of warm milk. When I mentioned my issues to the desk clerk his response was "Would you like your receipt printed or emailed?"
