Cons: Parking was kind of annoying because you had to buzz the desk to get to your car would be much easier to give guests a Key FOB to get in and out of the parking. There was some contstruction going on but it wasn't too big a deal and didn't inconvienance us.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, the room was very nice and good soundproofing. Breakfast was basic, yet quite satisfying. I would definitely book with them again.
Cons: On the second floor I could not get a wifi connection. I had an Apple and an Android and neither would connect. I called the front desk and the solution was that "devices are working down here" which is not outstanding customer service, but overall it was a minor inconvenience. Maybe boost the signal or at least offer to restart the router.

Pros: The location - within walking distance to a lot of the great tourist-y places in Inner Harbor. The charm of the hotel is cute and quirky and room was very clean. Breakfast has a good variety.
Cons: The parking situation left a lot to be desired. It's tricky to find where to pull-in, the valet fee is high, and it's incredibly hard to pull out of the lot as there's ALWAYS traffic blocking the exit. Not valet staff's fault, but still frustrating.

Pros: Although it does not have room service the free breakfast was a plus and really tasty too. The staff was so friendly and made me feel very welcome and safe.
Cons: I did not like that it does not have smoking rooms. A lot of people that travels are smokers so I think it would be a wonderful ides if you guys can come up with a room for smokers to go to and relax while enjoying a cigarette and a glass of wine.

Pros: Decor and room were beautiful.
Cons: There was street construction all night, starting at midnight until the next morning when. We checked out. We called for earplugs but the hotel didn’t offer. Cons: The heater in the room was extremely noisy. The ceiling light flickered on and off (tightening the bulb did not help). We could hear our neighbors perfectly from inside our room. Cons: They had no clue how to be a hotel. Room service menu in the room, associated with the restaurant in the hotel... no one answered the room service, so I went to the restaurant and asked if we could order the full menu to the room...they said maybe?

Cons: Valet parking is $38 a night. The valet told us we could park at he baseball park, Lot C for $12 but who wants to walk 2-3 blocks. Oh yes, this is only if the O's are out of town.

Pros: Location for me.

7,0 Good
Pros: If attending a ball game (football or baseball) this is an ideal location. The hotel is literally right across the street from the stadiums.
Cons: There were some maintenance issues with our room....the microwave did not work and the facet in the bathtub was loose. I was afraid it would fall off! I notified the front desk about the situation.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I don’t like my breakfast fruit covered with preservatives but the oatmeal and the other items were quite nice. The coffee is a little bit weak.
Cons: I don’t like my breakfast fruit covered with preservatives but the oatmeal and the other items were quite nice. The coffee is a little bit weak. Having Hilton honors membership did help me upgrade my room which they wouldn’t do it until I told him that I was a member so I was very relieved about that because the initial room they assigned me had no window of note. After that everything was quite nice and everyone was quite helpful. I should add that the parking fees were extreme Although the parking attendants were always very polite and solicitous. If I hadn’t gotten a good deal on the room I don’t know if I could have afforded the parking fees. And any rate I had a very nice day at the hotel and I always think of Hampton Inn is a great place to stay

Pros: Super friendly staff, everything necessary for a quick trip in and out of the city.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff is great, and they foster an awesome community vibe there. The building is clean, and actually a very charming space. It felt like home away from home. Also, they have free meals sometimes, which is fabulous! All you have to do is help to cook and clean up the mess! Loved it!
Cons: Baltimore is not exactly the safest city I've ever been to, nor is it a particularly glamorous place... but that is certainly not the hostel's fault! I think the staff did a good job of showing off the best parts of Baltimore to guests.

Pros: Location was walking distance to the harbor
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service is always great. Great location with great people working there. Better than staying at the Hilton with no fridge in the room for sure haha. Highly recommended.
6,0 Good
Pros: The location was great. Right next to Baltimore convention center .
6,0 Good
Pros: The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable. I did expect the room to be alittle larger, but it was all we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, right across the street from the convention center
Cons: When booking this it listed on-site parking as an amenity, but when I got there I found out it's $31 a night to park in the parking garage next door. That should be noted on the site. We went to the restaurant in the lobby for dinner and were not pleased at all. Our food took a very long time to arrive (and it was just pizza). Our waiter gave my drink to the table next to us and we had to ask a 3rd time to get my drink. The food wasn't good, the pizza crust was think & very hard and the toppings were seriously lacking for what we paid for additional toppings. The service wasn't good, for our table at least.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and spacious
Cons: The bathroom was small, but i made it work.
7,0 Good
Pros: Parking is NOT included!!! Plan to spend at least $31.00 more for your room if you come with a car!
Cons: Parking is NOT included!
7,0 Good
Pros: Most of the staff was friendly. The rest of the room was fairly decent. And it was close to the convention center.
Cons: Our shower curtain had blood on it. And the shower itself wasn't cleaned. Someone shaved in the shower that previously stayed in the room, and housekeeping missed it. Thankfully they changed the curtain after we called. Also, the restaurant closes at noon on Saturday... But they turned me away at 11:45.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff. We arrived from Maine on 11/27 to spend Thanksgiving with family. The shift supervisor, was superior, friendly and arranged for us to park our Handicap van out front. She set the tone for an excellent stay. Give Supervisior a raise!!!!
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: It is advertised on the website free parking and it is not
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very conveniently located to the convention center. It was quiet, although being in the city there was all that noise. The bed was very comfortable and the restaurant was good.
Cons: The only things that were uncomfortable was the staff member who checked me in--she was kind of short with me. Nothing too awful, but not what I expect. The other issue was that the room smelled a bit moldy--but I am very sensitive to mold and mildew.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to OPACY
6,0 Good
Cons: Parking charge was ridiculous!!

Pros: The location was ideal for our stay and we were traveling to the east and west of this location. The pool was an added bonus especially during the Winter. Too bad there were no Orioles games going on because, what a view!
Cons: The Hot Tub did feel like it was over-chlorinated because when the jets were turned on the the water got hotter, the rising "steam" ended up hurting our eyes.

7,0 Good
Pros: Location. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room could have been cleaned a little better. There were socks left in one of the drawers and a soda was left in the fridge. Having a microwave in the rooms would be good. The hotel restaurant was ok, but the eggs were not good. They taste like powder eggs. When paying for food that is not cheap, I expect to have fresh eggs.
