Convenient location. Close to railway and bus terminal. Next to St Stephens shopping mall
Nobody on reception desk on returning at 2130. No bell. Had to ask the barman to find a reception staff member.
so central for everything in town we wre here for a theatre break.
Reception and bar staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfy clean, tidy and in excellent repair
Friendly staff, who promptly provided a new room when we found our allocated room had no heating. Relaxed but professional, always quick to return to the desk when we buzzed as they were working in the back office.
Breakfast selection left something to be desired (very limited range of hot food) and the coffee (from a machine) was poor.
