Friendly staff, nice room.
WiFi was really bad
Everything was very good.
Breakfast was a let down waited far too long for preordered fry up. Did get money back in the end.
I thought that the staff are doing are fantastic job in the current situation. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. Thankfully I had a view of the marina so I had a nice view whilst in my room. The location is absolutely spot on, I was working all over Hull so it was a good base to have. I will be going back after lockdown to sample everything this hotel has to offer.
I would liked to have tried the pool or bar but obviously with the way things are at the minute that wasn't possible. A slightly better choice on room service would have been good but again due to the current circumstances I think the staff did well.
