Great property very convenient
Large modern, very clean, good bar, secure parking on the premises.
Bed a little too hard for me, giving me sciatica as I have a back problem.
Everything else was perfect, really clean room, nice personal.
I had to pay extra for double room, even though from photos it looked like single room has a table (but didn't) - which was one of the main reasons I choosed this hotel.
Location was good, close to the centre.
Booked a double room, but on arrival was told I had a room with two single beds (not cool for Valentine's Day). Was given the option of paying an extra 20 euros a night, so 40 euros extra, for a room that had two matrimonial beds pushed together. Not impressed by the upgrade, room was very small and the bath wasn't clean. Parking was 12 euro a night, but within a stone's throw of the hotel are two car parks where you can park for 5 euro a day underground, so worth noting. When booking the room it suggested that a breakfast was included in the price, but on arrival they wanted an extra 11 euros pp for breakfast. I did question this when I booked but never got a reply. I booked this hotel because online the photos looked really nice, but felt like we were deceived with the quality somewhat.
The reception was very helpful, efficient, we had a quiet room on 6th floor, the double bed was very comfortable, the room has tea/coffee facility which is a bonus , specially after a 4 hour road trip. Room and bathroom very clean, hairdryer of good quality ! lovely temperature and was lovely and safe with the window open too.
The hot water seems to run extremely hot while showering for a few seconds , as if the cold water is unavailable, that is very dangerous! specially for children, my scalp was hurting while this happened! Parking was difficult in the streets surrounding the hotel, you have to pay per hour in the parking meter. There were 3 pillows, could have done with 4 to make it more comfortable.
