Pros (+) We love this hotel. Our daughters loved the staff and become very good friends with them. The front desk helped us book flights and activities. Spa was incredible. This was the best stay of entire trip from north to south Vietnam

Pros (+) Convient location. Staff was very welcoming. Couldn't beat the price for what it was.
Cons (-) There were flies everywhere in our room including a pile of dead ones on the windowsill. Breakfast (included) was not that great.
