Cons (-) Terrible management that yelled and screamed at me. I had verified that I can have guests use the pool (it was my kids' birthday party) when we got to the hotel we were greeted with rudeness and yelling. Said I was leaving and they wouldn't give me a refund saying "I will get your money". Don't go to this horrible, smokey hotel

Cons (-) breakfast poor; empty chip bags stuffed into a drawer in night stand when I arrived and no offer to respond, e.g. could have taken off the extra charge I incurred for requiring a downstairs room because this motel does not have an elevator and I had a heavy suitcase that I couldn't get up the stairs; very noisy heater in room
