Great Rental Co.Pros: Excellent friendly service, I was nervous about getting the specific vehicle that I had rented, due to a bad experience with a different company. Jibrill assured me that he would have a full size SUV for me & came through just as he promised, the 2018 Yukon XL was awesome. I would not even think about renting anywhere else, Jibrill has sold me on Avis!

Pros: Staff at the airport was nice. But on the time of booking they booked us at a location far away from the airport and the front desk service person could not find our reservation. Also we had to extend the rental later and the lady scheduling the change request talked fast and was very hard to hear.Cons: Sending the car through a maintenance inspection and putting and air freshener in the car. It had a musty old odor of a smoker.

Rental carPros: Really liked the car! 2018 Niessan Altima. The gas mileage was amazing! On one tank of gas, unleaded, that car drove 600 miles!! Really!! Price was good. The guys were professional.Cons: I returned back early, but they are closed Sunday, So had to have the rental an extra day.

Didn't get the carPros: I was unable to rent the car due to not having a credit card. Now they are charging $80 to cancel.

You gave me a reservation but they didn't have a carCons: After a 70$ cab ride to the hertz rental car location where you have me a confirmation of reservation they didn't have a car to rent. Thanks for nothing. Kayak is a terrible service.

Great pricePros: Reliable car for a long road trip. Good gas mileage. Price when I checked out was actually $2 less per day then original quoted.Cons: The location was tucked behind another building and the small sign had blown over from the wind that day, so I had driven right by, but when I called to ask where they were located they explained. The smell of the deodorizer was horrible when I first picked up the car I had to drive with all the windows down, later in the day I could smell the deodorize in my hair!!

Pros: The size of the vehicle would have cost a lot more if we went straight through Enterprise so I liked the money we saved.

Pros: The staff at the Woodbury, MN Enterprise was very nice & helpful.Cons: The Tailgate trunk door flew open on the highway going 75mph! Thank goodness nothing fell out since the van was packed full. When I checked, the locking mechanism was broken. It looked like it was closed tight, but I could pull up on the door without touching the handle & it would open.
