NEWLY RENOVATED! Located just eight miles from Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and only 17 miles from downtown Houston, the Hyatt Place Houston/Bush Airport hotel offers its visitors access to some of the area's best shopping destinations, including The Woodlands Mall and Deerbrook Mall. All guests of the hotel are offered complimentary shuttle service within a 3 mile radius and airport shuttle from 5AM to Midnight daily. Please call the hotel upon arrival at the airport for pick up. For sports fans flying into the area, our hotel is also conveniently close to the city's many sports complexes, such as the Sam Houston Race Park, Meyer Park and stadiums for the Houston Rockets, the Houston Texans, Houston Dynamo, Houston Dash and the Houston Astros.  We are also centrally located just minutes from companies such as ExxonMobil, Nabors Industries, Halliburton and Schlumberger.

Very bad location, so many sketchy things going on, this hotel needs rebranding to a quality inn, has nothing to do the name Hyatt I’m used to

Pros (+) It's a very convenient location, rooms are clean and spacious. Great value for the money.
Cons (-) nothing really not to like, overall it was a pleasant experience and this trip was only a couple of days. But a quick note that the area in general is not a very safe area, so don't recommend walking around.

Pros (+) We experienced outstanding customer service during our stay. There was a young man, Johnny, who worked at the front desk and was particularly attentive to our needs. The breakfast workers- Ms. Loretta and Mr. Keith were very friendly and helpful. Our shuttle drivers were also very accommodating.
