Pros (+) I attended a conference here and felt pampered throughout. The hotel itself is beautiful and every person working there was friendly and super helpful The conference area was open and welcoming with wide staircases linking the 3 main floors.

Pros (+) Staff was excellent. Facility was very nice. Good location.
Cons (-) Room is in need of repairs and not up to luxury standards. Shower water temperature was very erratic. Hotel Restaurant was Italian themed, in Houston!
