Pros (+) I am now a loyal Four Seasons fan for life. Thank you for the experience, it truly is an experience worth every cent.
Pros (+) Staff was excellent. Facility was very nice. Good location.
Cons (-) Room is in need of repairs and not up to luxury standards. Shower water temperature was very erratic. Hotel Restaurant was Italian themed, in Houston!
