Pros (+) Amazing staff at the front desk. Helpful and courteous.
Pros (+) Value for Breakfast Good. CVS located around corner
Cons (-) Shower and furniture needs retouching
Pros (+) Nice snacks in lobby unfairly responsive staff.
Cons (-) Better value for money and better cleaning. Also had a nice comb taken from room. Poor value for money.
Pros (+) Hotel was comfortable, price is reasonable, and employees were extremely friendly. I would definitely stay there again
Pros (+) Staff was good and attentive.
Cons (-) Headboard was lose and it banged against the wall with the slightest movement . Bathroom stank every time we ran the tap. TV froze every 3 min and required you to restart it.
Pros (+) The location was walking distance to the theater district, the restaurant was excellent.
Cons (-) Unfortunately, our toilet overflowed the first time we used it. Staff came to fix the situation quickly; however, they did not use disinfectant to clean it nor the floor that was flooded.
Cons (-) No assistance from staff carrying luggage. Got to carry 200 lb of stuff in freezing cold temp
Pros (+) not terrible- was close to ballpark, good price.
Cons (-) Tiny rooms. $30 parking. Funky bed smell- very musky
