Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and clean, spacious rooms. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the friendly front desk staff. However, several guests reported issues with service, such as poor communication, slow or unhelpful responses, and unresolved problems. Breakfast quality and clarity about its inclusion were also common complaints. Some guests noted problems with room odors, maintenance, and amenities like the TV and elevators. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out positively, service and breakfast experiences varied.AI-generated from customer reviews
