Pros (+) The staff at the front desk was very friendly, professional and courteous. The hotel location was perfect for us, close to Downtown, Galleria and Rice Village.
Cons (-) The bed in Room 220 was old. The mattress was uneven, and it made sounds when you sat down. The carpet smelled musty.
