Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, as well as its convenient location near shops and attractions. However, there were several complaints about elevator outages and issues, as well as dissatisfaction with the breakfast options and charges. While some guests enjoyed clean and comfortable rooms, others noted problems with cleanliness, room amenities, and service inconsistencies. The staff's efforts to assist during inconveniences were frequently highlighted as a positive aspect.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The staff was excellent, especially the front desk. Bonnie Gray and the other man (an University of Houston, Hotel and Restaurant Management student, whose name I can't remember right now unfortunately) were very professional and kind. The were the best part.
Cons (-) I wish the Starbucks at the hotel would accept payment via the phone app.
Cons (-) The remote control for the television in was inoperable. Neighbors in the room next door had an extremely noisy party, which made sleeping difficult.
