Their front desk is great. Their support service such as cleaning crew has a lot to be desired. They either locked your bathroom door, or forgot to replace used towels. Almost every day we will have to call the front desk to fix what the cleaner did or did not do.

Pros (+) The location is extremely convenient as you can walk right into the Galleria
Cons (-) Everything had a tagged-on extra charge to it, including delivery charges for room service. What is the alternative - pick up from kitchen? Breakfast costs $30, which makes no sense for a continental buffet in a hotel.
