Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to venues and attractions. Some guests enjoyed the newly renovated, clean rooms and found the staff friendly and accommodating. However, several reviews noted ongoing construction, cleanliness issues in some rooms and public areas, and inconsistent service, such as delays with towels or room service. The pool was frequently described as unusable or closed, and many guests were disappointed that breakfast was not included or not available as advertised. Noise and elevator issues were also mentioned. Overall, while the location and some renovations were highlights, there were notable concerns about amenities and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
