Pros (+) The staff were friendly and helpful
Cons (-) The hotel room was grotty and in need of a deep clean and revamp.Bathroom was full of limescale and the sink didnt drain away. the ceilings were damp stained and you could here upstairs walking across the room. Cons (-) The staff at the reception were rude. The heating in our room broke and was on the whole night. extremely hot like a sauna. When I raised this with reception, the response from the lady was: 'This is what happens when you book the budget rooms'... Seriously???

Pros (+) Rooms were roomy, with a large bathroom, beds were comfortable, the gym and pool are really useful if you like that sort of thing. Staff very helpful and friendly
Cons (-) Limited breakfast menu, as best I can tell no full english was available or cereals a continental breakfast or bacon and sausage baps were about where it was at. Lunch and dinner menus were ok!
