Good free shuttle to the hotel from Schiphol. Excellent staff service. Excellent amenities. The only negative is now they charge 5 euros for the shuttle back to the airport from the hotel ( it used to be free) Breakfast is amazing with fresh quality foods and a very pleasant room , which feels like a green room

Pros (+) The crew - staff where super helpful
Cons (-) Cleanings, heating, refill shampoo, coffee, water. Had to ask every single time for it. Left a day earlier since it was so cold in my room

Pros (+) Staff were excellent very helpful. Large room, clean and comfortable. I only used it for 6 hours as a missed connection meant I had needed a place to crash and the airlines normal options were full. Was very happy with the service
Cons (-) 5am shuttle bus was booked so had to get a taxi, which however the hotel recognised the night before and organised at my request. So they did everything they could.
