Pros (+) The morning breakfast was good with a nice woman offering to cook fresh omelettes. The indoor pool and gym were nice. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Good shuttle service.
Cons (-) The staff other than the woman at breakfast were curt to the point of rudeness. The rooms were outdated and not very clean. The rugs had stains and the bathtub was dirty. Pros (+) the shuttle to the airport was nice
Cons (-) My refrigerator in the room did not work and they did not have an ice machine. The airport hotel really wasn't close to the airport. The airport shuttle did not run passed 11:30 pm.

Cons (-) Uncomfortable bed and the wifi only had a good signal in the lobby. I had a room on the 3rd floor and could not get any reception in my room which was very frustrating

Cons (-) The air conditioning would not turn on unless it was warmer than 18 C outside. This is some weird Dutch cheap money saving tactic that keeps guests warm or outright hot, and at the mercy of what it's doing outside. I paid for the room. Let me control the thermostat.
