VERY expensive, overall the location is amazing and the access to Waikiki beach is great, but the cost is so high, it is hard to justify. Overall, the rest of the facility and staff were what you expect at a beach resort. Very good customer service, but just way too expensive.

It was terrible. The guest services staff need upgrading. They are rude. They charged me for parking even for the days we didn't have the car. Tbh all they want is your money and that's all. They are always too busy so they don't really care. Disappointing experience after paying so much for the stay.

I booked this resort 4 months in advance. I spent more than 1.6m Bonvoy points. I put in my requests for adjoining rooms, put in request for ocean view…put in a request for high floor, put in a request for late checkout as we had a 855pm flight. Of all the requests, they gave me the 27th floor out if 31. The others…nope! 1600 rooms in the hotel, and I could not get 1 room that was connected/adjoin...

Pros (+) Kids pool staff was genuinely friendly.
Cons (-) Our room fridge had leftovers from a previous guest. No daily housekeeping made it a bit tough with towels and toiletries.

Pros (+) Sheets were awesome, and the infinity pool nice. The process to reserve pool lounges was awesome. Valet over night for guest could be cheaper than 45 dollars a day.
Cons (-) Front desk attendant asked for my home address which I’ve never experienced. Was a little weird. She wrote it down just on scratch paper. The pool waitress was very inattentive to myself and a friend that stopped by for a visit. Although she repeadily attended to everyone else on the same row of lounge chairs.

Cons (-) The Strike. Traveling to a location such as Hawaii with family and having no housekeeping, and closed restaurants makes for an expensive trip that was just like staying at home
