The Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa sits right next door to the Diamond Head Crater. With over 5 acres of beachfront property, this location gives guests a beautiful backdrop for an amazing Hawaiian vacation.

None of the 1,310 rooms in this resort has a bad view. There are ocean views, city views, and Diamond Head Crater views. The rooms are split between two tall towers that are right on the coast of Oahu. Rooms have lanais that are private and great for sitting out on to enjoy the beach breeze. Guests can choose to book a junior suite for a little more space. The beds have pillow top mattresses for added comfort and there are fridges in the rooms. The hotel is decorated in island designs so guests can feel the tropical lifestyle all the time.

The first room we checked into (5th floor of north building) had major pest infestation issues. We saw 50+ ants crawling on the carpets, walls, and into the bathroom. For this, the staff switched us to another room on the 15th floor, which was perfect. We were there for 5 nights. Overall the hotel facilities, location, and staff were excellent.
