The staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt safe and comfortable. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.

We would have liked two sheets on our bed in stead of just a fitted sheet. There wasn’t a top sheet.

I like that it’s literally by the beach. Kids loved the swimming pools and food. Everything is accessible, location is the best. Most of all, the hotel facilities match the beauty of Hawaii. It was our first time in Hawaii. The Hilton made it extra wonderful.

I didn’t like that it was not explained to me that the green cards for the towels must be turned in. We rented 3 rooms so we had 6 cards. We are used to leaving all cards in the room so we didn’t turn them in. So I was charged $120 for not returning the green cards.

The room we stayed in at Diamond Head were so so. For the price we paid, the rooms could have been more updated
