Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Maintenance. Carpet at 1813 was stained, filthy, drapes were dusty. Looks like bedsheets were not changed from previous customer. No quality control on maintenance.

Pros (+) Comfortable Beds
Pros (+) The view from my room
Cons (-) Christina the customer service rep was very un helpful and was making everything so difficult Also there were ants in motel
Pros (+) For the price of the room and the location it was ok. I would recommend a few nights stay for those who frequently travel and need somewhere to stay.
Cons (-) The building is need of a makeover. The carpet looks as if its never been chamged. The cleanliness of the building was subpar at best. Better attention to detail would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
Pros (+) It was close to food and beach
Cons (-) Looked good in the pictures but once we arrived it was obvious that it was nothing like the photos. Paint on the walls were patch jobs with different colors and can't even properly patch a hole in the wall. Floors were gross and stained.
Pros (+) Front desk were very friendly
Cons (-) You could hear other visitors coming in and out rooms
