The staff and customer service. The rooms were excellent and clean. Ms Cindy/Cynthia front desk Clerk was outstanding, her customer Service and people skills are above and beyond. The whole staff was great. I will definitely stay here again.

The phone in my room didn’t work I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. The front desk people were not helpful. I was 📱 no because the water in the shower was either scalding hot or cold. There was not regulating it whatsoever. The water pressure was a dribble. My friend who stayed 2 doors down had the same water issues.

Nice and reasonably priced hotel close to Waikiki beach. Rooms were good, excellent customer service. Pool area was ok, and breakfast are is madness from 6:30 am until closing,

Pros (+) Courtesy room to be used after you check out (30 minutes on a first come first serve basis). Large and comfortable room. Service from Staff was outstanding.
Cons (-) Daily parking fee, breakfast was just OK. Slow and small elevators.
