Pros (+) For a 2 star hotel the rooms were more than adequate and the location is perfect for a Waikiki vacation. Roxy was the most amazing front desk person. She made the whole experience AMAZING!

Pros (+) Staff was wonderful, over and above expectations.
Cons (-) rooms were old with some updates. Problems were that they installed the AC right above the bed that was pushed up against the window and wall. Noisy and kept us awake all night. NOT RESTFUL. Being that Honolulu is 80 degrees and humid all day, AC is essential, even at night. Some lights were not working, and some switches that did not work.
