Aircon worked well. View was great!
The room had a strong mouldy, damp smell. Rooms need upgrading. Too dated . Door lock out to balcony inadequate. Overpriced Parking downstairs dark and dingy.
Proximity to the beach, big room, nice bathroom, clean room, balcony on each room.
The front of house staff weren't really particularly friendly except for the initial guy who checked me in. I needed to have something printed for my flight and every single person I asked refused to help me and said "come back again and check with the next person". I gave up eventually. I appreciate it is a very difficult time at the moment however a lot of the staff looked like they just didn't want to be there.
The Staff was great.
Rooms were a bit small for more than 2 people per room
This hotel really awesome....the cleanliness of the room, the location was great easy to go to anywhere cause near by the hotel there is a lot of shops, restaurants, and beach just in front of the hotel, I’ll stay here again when I come back to Waikiki
I liked the detour of the room, the theme, situation close to the beach and shops
It would have been nice if it had had a restaurant
