Location and view are 10/10. Facilities are mediocre . Rooms are small but sufficient for 2 people. Bathroom is small and shower pressure is poor. Book for the view and location.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly, the view was amazing.. eggs n things downstairs is sooooo yummy.. so easy to cross the street and rent an umbrella and chair by the banyan tree.. Paradise for Waikiki..

Pros (+) Well maintained. Unique hotel. Great location with some decent beach toys included.
Cons (-) Cramped driving around lobby with poor parking setup. Small room but space was well utilized. Visually older and smaller from the outside.
