Close to main shops and beach
Be aware of a $25 a day amenity fee (doesn’t show on bookings.com), beds were like rocks, found a couple of pubes in the shower (lovely), very outdated room from the 80s. Concierge guy needed a personality- Jesus is it hard to smile
The shower curtain fell on my head. They didn't offer any compensation.
We liked the iced tea, coffee and fresh water in the lobby. Very convenient to quench our thirst after walking about in Waikiki. Excellent WIFI ! Also the hotel shuttle service was excellent to get to the Ala Moana Shopping Centre to buy groceries to cook in the room. Also liked the swimming pool nice and deep. Our room was nice and clean and roomy which was good lots of space to move around. Location was great within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
We (3 adults) stayed for 4 nights in a Studio Room however not once did housekeeping service our room - only our towels were replenished but the room itself was not serviced ie - change bed sheets etc ...
The property was located ideally, check in staff was friendly.
Property was run down, it needed a total gutting. Felt like a low rent motel not something in Waikiki. Barking dogs and loud neighbors. Nasty carpets. No hot water. The sheets were clean. Mattress needed replacing. Not sure why I was charged “Amenity Fee.” Homeless man in lobby asking for handout. My sister prayed with him. You get what you pay for. All in all taxes and fees added to 193.00 a night.
We had a really big balcony
