Location was good.
The added prices was not as clear as it could be. I was charged more than I expected.
Cheap, sleep only hotel, close to beach
Located 2 blocks from Waikiki beach
So dated it needs a complete redo inside everywhere. I didn’t feel where I was sleeping or taking a shower was clean even though I guess it was but it was so old you can’t tell. The hotel is like polishing a turd.
That there was an additional fee of $26./day for beach towels, water and ice tea in the lobby and a newspaper. The advertised rate just felt like a teaser rate, and an additional 27% markup is high. I don't expect a lot out of a cheap hotel, but this just felt sneaky.
Hotel is old and needs complete overhaul
Old, falling apart, bugs, not worth the $$
Location in relation to beach, free shuttle in Waikiki
Broken shower door, bathroom door, bugs in kitchen. Housekeeping is horrible!! Didn’t change our sheets until we asked and never refilled the body wash, very lazy work. Parking is expensive $25 per day.
Clean room, accommodating staff,
Could have done without the loud, late night smokers in the next room.
Checking in and out was very easy and fast
They don't change your sheets unless you specifically ask. We were there for 7 days and they only change them on the 6th because we asked them to.
The location was good. The beach was near too. you could walk 5 min to Waikiki beach. I was looking for not so expensive hotel - and it fit into my budget.
The bath room was so small. So was the room. The rooms are not well maintained they need a lot of repairing. I could not open the Verandah - not sure why. They charged an extra 50 bucks even after paying online. So ultimately not a great cost after all. And the rooms are not at all fit for families - though I travelled alone.
The hotel is rebuilding the lobby. Also, the entrance of parking lot is terrible. The under of my rent car was hit to the road!!!!!!
Parking is an additional $25/day. They did not have baby cribs available.
