Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, friendly and professional service, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many appreciated the well-kept gardens, spa, and relaxing atmosphere. However, several reviews noted the lack of air conditioning, some maintenance issues in rooms and the pool, and considered the breakfast and restaurant prices high for the value received. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few guests mentioned minor issues. Overall, the hotel is seen as charming and comfortable, with standout service and amenities, but with room for improvement in comfort and value.
