Pros (+) Almost everything was as expected for Holbrook during the plandemic.
Cons (-) Anyone working in the hotel industry should strive to have a cheery, light personality. Most do. The attendant I met when I checked in did not display this attitude. Maybe she was having an off day? No matter, I believe that especially during the plandemic, she should have been more pleasant.
