Staff and facilities were great
Great location great value great staff
Proximity to wharves. Refurbished bathroom.
Soft bed. Remainder of room dated. Out of date free to air, Foxtel offering unnecessary.
Great hotel, very convenient location. Parking is $10 a day directly under the hotel. We had wifi issues so I rang tech support who were very helpful, and notified the hotel staff really promptly. They upgraded us to another room which sorted the wifi problem. View from the balcony was pleasant, overlooking the city, and the bathroom was modern and lovely. We ordered room service and found the menu had good variety and was tasty. Staff were helpful and efficient. Will definitely stay here again.
Ordered a berry yoghurt dish in the restaurant for breakfast and was fishing wrinkly blueberries out of my yoghurt as they were chewy and inedible. Wasn't great.
Everything, the room, the friendly staff, the location. Felt comfortable and safe.
