When defrost / a/c system was powered an extremely loud and disturbing sound came from what I imagine is the compressor. Easy to deal with, convenient off site pick up and drop off and very reasonable rates. I would definitely use them again as cars were good and they are by far the cheapest car rental company I have ever used.Cons:
Dropped off prior to opening time at 7am but didn't get loaded onto bus for 15 minutes. Maybe they could start work 15 minutes earlier to check cars so we can get to airport on time. Also, clients had to work out who should go on first bus to airport based on flight departure times. I think the staff could have organised this. Excess was $5500, we would like to pay a (very) small amount extra to reduce this to $5000 as this is what our travel insurance will cover.Sixt
