Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many also find the hotel to offer good value for money. However, several guests mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty linens and bathrooms, and note that the hotel lacks an elevator, which can be inconvenient for those staying on higher floors. Some reviews also mention that the rooms do not always match the photos or expectations, and that ongoing renovations can cause noise and disruption. Overall, the positives of location, service, and value are highlighted, but there are notable drawbacks regarding cleanliness and accessibility.
