The staff was very helpful with diretions to sightseeing venues and restaurants. The mattress in my hotel room was firm and, to me, uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Great Location next to Peace Museum and Peace Park. The staff helped me with all my problems and questions. Would totally stay here again if I ever come back to Hiroshima
