Pros:Customer service agents in office were pleasant but they are overworked. The same people who check in/out cars are thrbknes who have to clean/service cars had issue with car but they were very accommodating.Cons:Car was filthy. No wiper fluid. Wiper blades did not even touch window. Try driving in snow like that.Reviewed Jan 19 2018
