Great customer service with horrible rental vehiclePros:The staff customer services were excellent and very helpfulCons:The vehicle was supposed to be a 5 seater and it was very uncomfortable. Kia Sorento sucks I will never rent or buy this vehicle. It was actually a 7 seater but small space once I install a car seat it was hard to seat 2 adults on the second row and the third row was made for a child, not an adult plus I could not fit any luggage if I would use the third row. The overall vehicle was horrible, poor gas per mileage small space for a SUVReviewed Jan 4 2019

Good experiencePros:Good and friendly people nice car good price discount my first week second week went higher than expected.i had to stay longer where I was at. They were great at time of rental and answered every question.. I never used this company before . bait and switch!Pros:Worst experience ever!Cons:Rented a car for Saturday and returning Sunday. All documentation i received said that I could return the car on Sunday. Turns out they are closed on Sunday and do not have an after hours drop. Ended up having to pay for two days and a drop off in a different location fee even though i have a confirmation saying i can return on Sunday. Customer Service was awful!!!Reviewed Jul 31 2017
